Greenbelt Labor Day Festival

Sept. 4-7, 6-10 p.m. Friday; 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday; 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday; 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday | Greenbelt, MD

Greenbelt’s annual Labor Day event runs all weekend long at the Historic Roosevelt Center, with activities such as carnival rides and games, a pet show, a “diaper derby” for infants and toddlers and several more adult-oriented events.

A showcase of performing arts, music and dance from around the world at Glen Echo Park, taking place during a slate of Labor Day events at the park

Hook in Concert

Steven Spielberg’s take on “Peter Pan” will be screened at Wolf Trap with live accompaniment from the National Symphony Orchestra playing the movie’s iconic John Williams score.
