At Brendan Sailing, we believe that sailing is not just a recreational activity, but a transformative experience that builds confidence, independence, and teamwork skills. Our US Sailing certified instructors are trained in working with youth with Learning Differences and provide a supportive and inclusive environment where campers can thrive.
In addition to sailing, campers participate in fun activities such as swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and beach games. We also educate on marine science and environmental conservation, teaching campers about the importance of protecting our oceans and waterways. Our 3-1 student to instructor ratio ensures your youth get the attention they need to thrive. Scholarships are available, no youth is ever turned away for the inability to pay.
Our beach-based location in Annapolis offers campers aged 11-18 a unique opportunity to learn and play in the water. Our overnight camp at St. Mary’s College of Maryland is designed for older campers (14-18) giving them an opportunity to develop independent living skills while under the watchful eye of experience staff. A day camp program allows younger campers ages 11-13 to participate in all the same activities and programs but return home each evening.
Many of our campers come back year after year, forming lifelong friendships and creating memories that last a lifetime.
