Articles in the Healthy Kids Series are presented by the Marine Corps Marathon’s (MCM) Healthy Kids Fun Run. The 2011 Healthy Kids Fun Run sponsored by FitArlington, will be held on Saturday, October 29 with online registration opening March 9.
