Three Holiday Diet Quick Fixes

1. Put post notes around the house for your weight and carbohydrate goal. Remember, one drink equals about 2 slices of bread—I hate having to choose between a drink and bread, my two favorite things.

2. Keep a food log—I loathe doing this, but I know it works! Especially, when I write absolutely everything down that I put into my mouth.

3. Start the buffet table with loads of veggies and very little dressing! It certainly is not as much fun as eating a cheesy crab dip, but when January rolls around your jeans will still fit.
