Makes 18 servings, 1/3 cup each
Prep time: 5 minutes / Total time: 30 minutes
¼ cup Land O Lakes Soft Baking Butter
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups Post Spoon Size Shredded Wheat Cereal
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350. Place butter and sugar in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until butter is completely melted when stirred. Add ginger; mix well. Add cereal; toss lightly. Spread in a single layer in greased 15 x10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven; stir in peanuts. Return to oven; continue baking 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Add cranberries; toss lightly.
