54th Annual Labor Day Art Show

This annual tradition at Glen Echo Park sees hundreds of artists from around the Mid-Atlantic region displaying and selling their work, including paintings, sculptures, furniture and more. This year’s event features over 400 artists! The weekend-long art show kicks off with an opening reception on Friday.

2025 Paint the Town Art Show

This three-day celebration is one of the longest-running art shows in the area. Stop by on Saturday and Sunday to take part in workshops and demonstrations by local artists, focusing on everything from drawing cartoon characters to creating pet portraits. The town of Kensington is also hosting a Labor Day parade and festival on Monday.

Crochet Creations with the Crochet Kingpin
