The survey, conducted by Senior Helpers, leading in-home care provider with locations across the U.S., found that over half of all seniors would rather travel than stay home, and over 60 percent prefer to go somewhere they have never been, as opposed to somewhere familiar.

Whether you are a solo adventurer or you prefer an organized group trip, travel can be an amazing way to maintain independence and a sense of adventure as you age, as well as offer opportunities to stay physically and mentally active.
