Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina will provide a special four-course Valentine’s Day menu at the Water’s Edge Grill.
The holiday menu features a first course choice of crispy fried calamari with black garlic aioli and pepperoncini and a lobster bisque featuring Maine lobster and topped with sherry crème, as well as other starter options. The entrée selections include a vegan cassoulet with a forged wild mushroom stew, oven-cured tomatoes, and cherrywood-smoked tofu, and a Rise Up coffee-encrusted filet with Brussel sprouts, Yukon potato puree, and topped with au poivre sauce.
The dining experience concludes with a dessert course of Bavarian rose chocolate cake with white chocolate cremeux and topped with a red mirror glaze.
A wine pairing option can be added for $14, which includes a half glass of wine for each course, specially selected to complement each dish on the Valentine’s Day menu.
The four-course Valentine’s Day meal at Water’s Edge Grill will be available on Friday, February 14 between 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. It is $48 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (410) 901-6400.
