1 acorn squash
2 teaspoons Land O Lakes Spreadable Butter (Olive or Canola)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Wash squash and cut in half. Remove seeds.
Place squash upside down in baking dish with ½ cup of water.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove squash from oven. Turn right side up and place one teaspoon of butter and one teaspoon of brown sugar in each half of the squash.
Put back in oven and bake until butter and sugar melt.
