Cheesy Corn
Bake
Oven - 350° F
Pan – 8x8 casserole (when doubling recipe, use 9x13
pan)
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp Tabasco (optional)
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
2 cups corn (frozen is fine)
½ cup swiss cheese, shredded
½ cup buttered bread crumbs
1. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add next 4
ingredients. Stir until smooth and bubbly.
2. Add milk and sour cream. Cook until thickened.
3. Stir in cheese and corn (uncooked). Mix well.
Spread in lightly greased casserole dish. Top with
breadcrumbs.
4. Bake (uncovered) for 25-30 minutes.
