I worked for over 20 years in the Washington market finding resources to help parents raise their kids in the area. I am always on the look out for a good deal.
My favorite vacation is anywhere there is sand and surf. My kids would rather be splashing around in the ocean than eat, well maybe not all my kids. My son can eat you out of house and home.
On winter weekends I love to sit in front of the fireplace with a great glass of wine with my husband and watch old movies.
One tradition we have is date night. Even when the kids were babies, Friday night was always “Date Night.” The kids always knew that was our time. Even when my husband is traveling, he books his return so he can be home for our date.

Serial Interest: Finding ways to keep up with two busy boys – no small task.
My two boys are the center of my universe. Nothing is better than a big hug and a kiss from them.
Active is an understatement with my kids. I'm constantly looking for activities to keep them busy - either classes just for them or outings for all of us. Good thing we live in DC with all there is to see and do!
My laundry room is my hobby room, after all laundry is what I do with my spare time.
Obviously on the look out for all things convenient so I can get some new hobbies!
