Researchers at the NationalInstitute of Mental Health are comparing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder to Bipolar Disorder by investigating brain function and irritability in children. Researchers will describe the moods and behaviors of children and investigate brain function and irritability.Participation includes interviews, research testing,and brain imaging. Children with an ADHD diagnosis may be eligible to participate in 2 outpatient day visits to the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD. Currently recruiting ages 9-17 ADHD participants must be medically healthy
